Roger Tottman is a freelance writer based in St Catharines, Ontario. Roger writes about food, drink and the history and lore of the Great Lakes. In 1997 he published The Traveller's Guide to Great Beer, a guide to micro breweries in Ontario. His work appears frequently in Lakeland Boating Magazine from Evanston, IL.
