Historical Perspective by Ron Walker:  "Lighthouse in a Lock"  This is the Gros Cap light being pulled through the Canadian Soo Lock by the tugs Idaho and Miseford.  The light was established in 1962.  The base was built near the Government Dock in Sault Ste.
