8/8 - Buffalo River dredging operations - Brian Wroblewski

This series involves the tug Kurt R Luedtke coming upriver with an empty scow and approaching the Dredge Rig #16 below the recently rehabilitated South Park Ave. Lift Bridge. A progression of photos shows the Kurt passing through the draw of the old DL&W Buffalo River Drawbridge, swapping out the empty for a loaded barge, and then heading down river towards the old Republic Steel Turning Basin in the background.
