3/29 - Early boats at the Soo Locks - Jonathan Larson

Roger Blough, surrounded by ice in the down bound approach to the Soo Locks, waiting for them to open for the season.

Blough was carrying iron ore from Duluth.

Canadian Steamship Line's Halifax, surrounded by ice and fog, waiting her turn to lock down through the Soo locks the day after they opened for the 2007 season.
