The Edgar B. Speer was upbound on Lake Huron Tuesday
evening and appeared to make an unusual turn to port about four or five
miles offshore north of Port Sanilac, Mi. It sounded its horn after it
completing the turn and then made a turn to starboard to head back into
the upbound traffic course. |
