12/23 - St Lawrence Seaway South Shore Canal. Traffic - Kent Malo
Lead tug Ocean Delta, with barge ex "Irving Whale" now Atlantic Towing Ltd., ATL 2701, up bound for Toronto, Ontario. On the stern is the Ocean Hercule,	Ocean Delta, the lead tug		Possibly parts for the new hydro generating station		Ocean Hercule		Headed for Toronto
12/23 - Frontenac Arriving at Hamilton - John McCreery Frontenac arrived just in time to catch the beautiful light of late afternoon on this the shortest day of the year - Winter Solstice. The end of one season and the beginning of another.

12/23 - Clipper Leander tied up at the Petro Canada in Clarkson, Ont.. - Frank Hood
12/23 - St. Lawrence Seaway Traffic - Ron Beaupre
The Finex is loaded with grain from Goderich on her way to the sea.	The Amelia Desgagnés is downbound at Mariatown after delivering a load of pig iron to the Upper Lakes.		The Robinson Bay pushing the barge BPL6704 collects buoys on the US side of the river at Mariatown.		CCGS Griffon lifts a buoy at Canada Island.		On the deck of the CCGS Griffon, the men have another winter spar ready in the chute. They are working their way up the river to the Prescott Coast Guard base.

Damage to the ConRail Bridge caused by the recent Algonorth accident.	Looking down from the Federal Kumano.		Re-located protective cribbing.		Federal Kumano approaching the I-280 Veterans Memorial Bridge		Passing Toledo Harbor Light

12/23 - St. Clair River Traffic - Dick Wicklund
The Buffalo up bound at St. Clair.	The Charles M. Beeghly up bound at Port Huron.		Beeghly under the Blue Water Bridges		The Maritime Trader passes down the St. Clair River at St. Clair		The Spruceglen departs down bound from Sarnia

Right Hon Paul J Martin easing out of Lock 2	Cedarglen passing through Homer Bridge bound for Port Cartier		Birchglen approaching Lock 1		Birchglen clear of Lock 1 passing and saluting fleetmate Cedarglen		Federal Kumano in Port Weller harbour along with pilot boat Juleen 1. Would have to anchor in Lake Ontario awaiting next pilot.
