3/30 - Agawa Canyon is in the final stages of preparation for departing winter lay up in Owen Sound Sunday night or Monday morning. The stern anchor although not tucked up in the pocket is off shore; the bow anchor is still ashore. It was most unusual to see her taking on fuel from tanker trucks. There is still a lot of ice in Owen Sound Bay but it is unknown at this time if an ice breaker will be in to assist or not. - Ed. Saliwonchyk
