In position off the North Pier as crewmen prepare the fenders that will
protect the stern as it comes in. Lines are about to be thrown out to the
dock. |

The #4 line has been secured and the ship is moving ahead to take out the
slack before pivoting to Port and into the dock with the Missile Cruiser
USS Little Rock in the background. |

Crewmen at the stern are working fast in the freezing cold weather to get
the Neah Bay secured. Notice the #1 Chargers fan doing his best to get the
lines tight to the left of the photo. |
