Ocean vessel Sirius Voyager heading out of San Francisco Bay in mid September.	Approaching the Golden Gate Bridge.	Vanishing into a thick fog under the bridge.  Vessels calling in to the Coast Guard VTS were reporting visibility at less than 1/4 of a mile.  There was almost a constant sounding of ship horns in the bay due to the fog.
