At the sand dock in Port Weller harbour, Frontenac is being fuelled by Sterling Energy, over from Hamilton.
Federal Kushiro almost looks like she was just built. In fact the vessel is 14 years old. Clear of Lock 2. 
She's headed down the Seaway. Registered in the Marshall Islands.
