The Joseph Block is partially loaded at the Escanaba dock, delayed because of mechanical problems at the dock.  The Great Lakes Trader is waiting her turn at the dock.  Both ships have been making trips for ore and will continue.

Great Lakes Trader loaded at Escanaba today.  The Joseph L. Block cancelled her last load and headed for lay-up.  Trader expected to return.

Joseph L. Block finished loading at Escanaba today.  The Great Lakes Trader then moved to the side of the dock to begin loading.  The Wilfred Sykes cancelled her next load and went to lay-up.

The Wilfred Sykes, Joseph L. Block, and Great Lakes Trader continue to make trips to Escanab to load ore.   The Sykes finished a load yesterday and departed.

The Joseph L. Block loaded ore at Escanaba today, with the Wilfred Sykes also in and will begin loading once the Block leaves.

The Wilfred Sykes loaded ore in Escanaba today while the Joseph L. Block waited out in a snowy harbor.  The Joseph Thompson/Jr. was in on the opposite side of the dock with workers visible on the tug.  The tug Olive Moore is docked at the power plant behind the tug  Victory.

The Wilfred Sykes loaded at Escanaba and left.  Both the DorothyAnne/Pathfinder and Joseph L. Block are expected this afternoon to load.

The Pathfinder returned to Escanaba last night for another load of ore.  The Joseph L. Block is due late tonight, with the Wilfred Sykes expected later this week.

Pathfinder loaded in Escanaba Sunday, and will return Tuesday.  The John G. Munson loaded today.
