St. Joseph Vessel Passage

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service tug "Pogue" was in St. Joseph Saturday
afternoon tied up at the LaFarge dock.  It was being loaded from tank
trucks for fish stocking and sailed out into Lake Michigan after being 
loaded.  There is no home port painted on its stern.
