In the Twin Ports, a pilot boat from Sea Service generally ferries pilots, agents and inspectors between shore and vessels. In pleasant weather, the boarding party may just stand on deck during the trip, which may last from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on how far out a vessel is anchored. At the helm this trip is Capt.
