Lower Lakes has donated a trip for two people on the Saginaw. Proceeds go to support the Port Colborne Historical and Marine Museum. Trips onboard a working freighter are only available to the shipping companies customers. Before this Auction, the only way for the general public to take a cruise on a working Great Lakes freighter was to take a chance in a raffle drawing. If you are the highest bidder, you and a guest will rest comfortably in a private stateroom and view the scenery from the guest lounge. Departure port and dates will be coordinated with the highest bidder. To purchase a ticket aboard a Great Lakes cruise ship like the C. Columbus, you can pay over $4,000 per person. This trip is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to guarantee you will be cruising on a working freighter. Winner must be flexible concerning scheduling and port of departure/return, departure will take place from a Canadian Port. Guests are required to adhere to all company polices and safety procedures.
