The Great Lakes Maritime Academy Cadets are raffling off a trip for two aboard a working freighter of the Great Lakes. The proceeds will benefit the Great Lakes Maritime Academy Student Propeller Club Port 150.

Prizes:
The Grand Prize is a unique opportunity to cruise the Great Lakes aboard a working freighter operated by Great Lakes Fleet, Inc. The winner and a guest will be berthed in the guest quarters while dining with the officers and crew. Experience the beauty of the Great Lakes and observe shipboard operations first-hand.

Raffle tickets are $10.00 each or three for $25.00.

Contest rules

  1. Need not be present to win.
  2. The trip includes seven-day, six-night guest accommodations and meals for two onboard one of the fleet's freighters, as determined by Great Lakes Fleet, Inc.
  3. The winner will be responsible for scheduling the trip with Great Lakes Fleet, Inc.
  4. The winner is responsible for transportation to and from the port of departure/arrival: Duluth, MN.
  5. The trip must be concluded before Sept. 1, 2011.
  6. The trip is not transferable. The winner and guest must be at least 18 years of age, and have a valid U.S. Passport.
