PORT COLBORNE, ON – The Clarence Street Bridge, damaged in the BBC Tokyo allision (that’s when a ship hits a stationary object) earlier this month has been repaired. The bridge is fully open. Shipping through the locks was only inconvenienced the day of the incident mostly with the locals suffering longer term.
