Refloating operations have begun on the Onego Otra, a cargo vessel aground on the St. Lawrence River Île Saint-Ours in Contrecoeur, QC. An exclusion zone is in place around the ship. Drone flights are prohibited within 2-mile radius of nautical miles and up to 2,000 feet in altitude. The Canadian Coast Guard confirmed the situation is stable with no injuries or pollution, and the main shipping channel remained open to normal maritime traffic.
