The saltie Onego Otra has been aground off Contrecœur, QC, on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, since Tuesday afternoon due to a rudder problem. It was en route from Montreal to New Orleans when the incident occurred. The vessel has transited the St. Lawrence Seaway two or three times since 2024.
