The saltwater tanker Prime is due to arrive at Ludington Saturday, presumably to load calcium chloride at OxyChem, the leading producer of that product. That facility has not hosted a tanker in years, although domestic tug-barge traffic is frequent. She is expected to be trading locally on the lakes for the next six months, calcium chloride in Ludington for either Goderich, Oshawa, Bath and Trois Rivières. She is the former Kiisla.
