MANITOWOC – Lake Michigan Carferry canceled two S.S. Badger crossings between Ludington, Michigan, and Manitowoc because of a mechanical issue, the company announced Aug. 20. The affected trips are Thursday night from Ludington, Michigan, and early Friday from Manitowoc, with daytime crossings expected to resume Friday.
